WI-HER partners with AMEX International on USAID M&E IDIQ

WI-HER is proud to announce that our team, led by AMEX International, LLC, won a bid for USAID’s Monitoring and Evaluation (EVAL-ME) IDIQ, managed by USAID’s Bureau of Policy, Planning and Learning, Office of Learning, Evaluation, and Research (USAID/PPL/LER). WI-HER, along with all members of the AMEX team, will provide technical and advisory services for performance and impact evaluations, evaluation and performance monitoring capacity building, and performance monitoring activities, at the mission, bureau, and Agency-wide levels. Building on our strong background in M&E, WI-HER will support assignments pertaining sectors such as to health, gender, and rule of law and help build and enhance local capacity in health, gender, rule of law, and other sectors based upon the various task orders received. WI-HER looks forward to supporting AMEX on this important mechanism and to advancing gender equality around the globe.
