We delivered a series of trainings on gender, harassment in the workplace, and counter-human trafficking policy and response to University Research Co., LLC (URC) country offices in Africa and Southeast Asia. We also contributed to the technical content of a forthcoming company e-training on the topic. These services were a part of a larger effort spearheaded by URC President to train all URC staff about URC corporate policy related to human protection and equality within the workplace. The trainings were well-received and led to enhanced employee awareness and understanding of relevant URC policies as well as enhanced dialogue and trust related to gender, harassment in the workplace, and human trafficking.
